So tired! My traps are still sore from Monday and todays workout didn't help either! We did max rounds in 20 minutes for Nate: 4 dips, 4 pull ups, 4 handstand push ups, 8 kettlebell swings. i only finished 12 rounds bleh

I'm planning on practicing the 10K tonight or just go running for at least an hour. I wanted to go last night but Shelly still wasn't used to the whole time thingy and ended up going to sleep about 9. Oh well. I'm still completely sore from yesterday's workout geez! A week off can really kill ya!!

I ATE IT. So time to detox and drop the Hawaii 5-Ono I gained!

1220pm When we got back I bought Kev a neopolitan ice cream sammich so I could cut a piece for myself! That was delish!
I left work early to meet Pepe at Target and we were looking at patio furniture for a long ass time. Then we went to go to Home Depot to do price comparisons and we just left with tiki torches. We got them for a dollar each!! They started ringing up as ONE PENNY and I was telling Pepe to STFU and he got all morally righteous on me! So the lady helped us and just charged us a dollar a torch anyway! HOLLA!!
