We did Fran today.. not my favorite workout but ehh! I wasn't able to get out and exercise this weekend as planned cause of Doom's funeral and my Shelly was sickling! So in lieu, I was strict with my diet - something I am usually NOT on the weekends! No grease, no rice, no skinny cow ice cream sammich... *SIGH* oh well! I got three more weeks till Hawaii and I'm going to try to drop another 6 lbs. Crazy? I think NOT. I got some more diet advice from Michaela for crunch time and I'm going to abstain from going out to lunch during work... maybe just for the good conversation! I'll be packing my own food. B-O-R-I-N-G. Anywho - weight loss to date is 19 lbs! WOO FREAKIN HOO! Judd did my body assessment again today and he wants me to drop another 6-8 lbs on top of my original goal weight. Interesting.... We'll see how flabs I am after Hawaii!! I have a feeling I'm going to come back at least 5 lbs heavier! hahahaha Malsadas mmmmmmmm

Since I'm taking a mini break, I figured I'd start posting my daily eats for the next three weeks since it is a CRUCIAL GOAL. lol!
545am 1 cup of Fiber One cereal with nonfat milk. egg white
900am 2 egg whites, mashed yams with nonfat milk
1200pm turkey and cheese sammich on wheat bread with lettuce and mayo
300pm 2 egg whites, mashed yams with nonfat milk
I ran about 2 miles at 1pm just to squeeze in some extra cardio. Abs tonight!! We have to take out our cousin from out of town to dinner tonight. This should be a fun challenge!
Last night I went running around Hidden Glen and went biking with Hong for about a half hour afterwards. I discovered that my seat has been point upwards this whole time and it CAN tilt down. So the pookie pains all for nothing!! BLEH! Anywho, here's the course I ran in Hidden Glen, 2.6 miles total according to Google Maps:
I guess on a long run day on the weekends I'll do the loop twice. It's nice running at night - for some reason I can breathe easier! WEIRD. I don't sweat as much while I run either cause of the BREEEEZE hahaha I just started sweating bad when I stopped.
Hong and I biked for about a half hour which was fun and SCARY at the same time. I'm not big on biking when theres cars. You all know I have the biggest fear of crossing the street already! But it wasn't so bad, Hong let me her lights and a helmet - I need to find mine!
Cross Fit WOD:
-Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1
-Push Press 3-3-3-3-3
-Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5
So we did 3 max weight exercises at 5 sets each, for 1,3,5 reps respectively. I was able to improve from the last time we did this a month ago with my max weight. Shoulder press 55 to 65lbs. Push Press 55 to 75lbs. Push Jerk 45 to 80lbs. It was mostly corrected form this time around. I set a new PR for the 500m row at 2:07. I'm #2 on the leader board YA!!
Hmmm.... weight update... I dropped two more lbs and gained it back over the weekend from all my pigging out. I weighed myself this morning and I'm back at my 17lb mark. I need to increase and intensify my cardio for the next 4 weeks. HAWAII
What a Monday! Michaela was feeling guilty about her pig out weekend so she had us do the Filthy 50 today. She did it with us too! It was tough! I finished in 31:45.

Yesterday, Steph and I completed our first stab at Muddy Buddy training! Woo hoo! We practiced the 6 mile relay of running and biking and we finished in 51 minutes. YEAH! GO PIGLETS!! I'm excited!!
I attended the lunchtime class today since Shelly had her 15 mos. appointment this morning. Judd taught it and there was a good number of people so I got to slack a little on my form and rest here and there hehehehe Anywho, we did Fight Gone Bad again, here's a pic of us after we did it back in early February. I'm laid out in the back!
Last night I ran my mapped out 1 mile route in the neighborhood all consisting of right turns because I am scared to cross major streets. I only went around twice and I made Pepe stand outside on the driveway to make sure I made it back. He time me at 21 minutes. MUST IMPROVE! I'll do it again tonight - I'll go for 4 miles depending on how late it is. Gotta practice for the run on 4/20!!
...until VACATION! FINALLY!! ahh I can't wait! Anywho, as I sit here and watch Pepe move the TV and try to hook it up, I thought I'd post. I totally pigged out at Kim Tar today with the family. BARF! I ate a lot of fried rice, walnut shrimp, chow fun, spicy pork chops... and ya... hahah! I'm going to exercise in a bit, I feel gross!
Update on my total weight loss: 17 lbs. I got 5 more weeks to go and I'd like to lose another 10 because I'm probably going to gain 8 on vacation! hahaha I'll try to squeeze in more cardio and not cheat so much on my diet. My pig out moments seems to occur more often these days.

Happy Hump Day ladies!! I got my fat pinched at the gym today and I'm proud to say that I am no longer in the moderate/obese category! HAHAHAHAHA I went from 29.6% (gross, I know) to 21.7%! I would like to get myself down into the teens before Hawaii - hopefully I can still maintain this and get to it!!

BLEH. Back at work... not really working. I'm totally pooped from moving this past weekend! AHH Scary thing is that we're not done unpacking. Where in the world did we get all this stuff???
Anyway, my workout today was great! I set two new PRs for myself. One was on the 500m row. I finished in 2:09.8! The first time I did it, I think my time was 2:31, so significant improvement. We did the 'Barbara' workout again today which consisted of 5 rounds of:
-20 pull up rows
-30 push ups
-40 sit ups
-50 squats
When we first did Barbara a few weeks back, we only did 3 rounds and my time was 23:44. Today for 5 rounds, my time was 29:37!! YEAH!!! I was also able to do 2 rounds of all full form push-ups, not on my knees!! I couldn't believe it! I was dead tired when we were done and I started bitching and moaning, but I'm glad I finished! WOO HOO!!
I can't wait for Hawaii!!
Oh. I guess I should mention all the bad crap I ate this weekend...... pizza, burger, mcdonalds breakfast, big bowl of spaghetti.. amongst other things. *sigh* oh well!
I'm not working tomorrow to finish moving to the other house. So I figured I should post..... Weight loss to date is 14 lbs. I was hoping to be down 16 by this time, but February was definitely a pig out kinda month!! I have about 7 more weeks until hawaii so hopefully I can drop another 12-15 lbs by then too... and MAYBE I'll consider wearing a bikini instead of a TANKINI! hahaha
I didn't make my class Monday cause I was sickling... but Wednesday was GREAT!! We did workouts for time again and it was a set of 9 exercises at 25 reps each...
