The fit tip of the day was to write down your reasons for exercising and eating well since the more reasons you have, the more likely you will stick to it for a longer time. So what the heck....
1. I have two pairs of jeans I still cant fit into LOL that's a waste of money!!
2. I'd like to be smokin HOT for my 28th birthday
3. I'd like to still look like im 20 something when I'm 30! LOL
4. I'm going to Hawaii with the family in April.....
5. Jaye's wedding is next year... in HAWAII
6. I want to wear pretty summer dresses and be comfortable in shorts that aren't maternity this year!! hahahahaha
7. I want to sign up for muddy buddy this June... any volunteers???
8. I want to be able to chase Shelly effortlessly once she starts walking around
9. I want to be a good example for Shelly as she gets older
10. I'm waiting to buy my new wardrobe!
Happy MLK Day! hahahaha I have the day off today but I've already done a ton of crap! I took the truck in for service, dropped off some dry cleaning, started the laundry at home and cleaned the kitchen. LOL i have class at 12PM today with Fred cause Michaela is still at her cross fit training.
So update... my diet has been overall good. I've allowed myself to cheat of course with eating out, eating FRIED food and some desserts!! Thanks for the yummy burnt almond birthday cake Mrs Le:-) I thoroughly enjoyed it!! So since I last posted (2 weeks ago I think) I'm down another 3 lbs. YAY! That's 6 total and another 1 million and seven to go LOL JK!!
