715AM 1 hour circuit class. warmed up on the treadmill for 5 minutes. did the usual stretches. we did 5 rounds of a shoulder circuit. olympic ring pull ups, high knee steps on the bench with dumbells, triceps pulldowns, overhead should press with the bar. for the last 20 minutes we did a cardio and abs circuit. i got sooooo tired doing the trunk twists with the ball while alternating lunges!! AHHHH

1130AM it was our holiday party at work. gosh i pigged out!! i had salad with cranberries, walnuts, bleu cheese with vinegarette. a small piece of salmon. some carrots. a bread roll. lots of artichoke dip and two cookies! AHHH

800PM ran intervals for 45 minutes. I think I covered 3.5 miles. did some abs and core exercises

715AM 1 hour circuit class. we did A LOT of cardio for this class! i was sweating beyond belief. it was just me and Dave, the two in the class who are looking to lose weight so I think Michaela did it on purpose! Not that I'm mad, I just *noticed*. hahaha We did a lot of abs exercises too, and I HATED the jumping sumo squats. I wanted to cry and cheat my way to the next station.
