600am 1 cup of Trader Joes High Fiber with nonfat milk
830am rice cake with peanut butter
1030ish snacked on some fruit and an egg white
1150am breaked for lunch. had a turkey, lettuce, sprouts sammich on wheat
230pm some melon, 2 egg whites and a handful of almonds
more fruit before i left work...
700pm macadamia nut crusted tilapia with 1 scoop of mashed potatoes
I ran about 5 miles last night to prep for the run this Saturday. It took me 49 minutes. Hopefully I can push it Saturday and make the 10K in under an hour. My legs felt like jello when I finally made it back home geez!
