Cinco de Mayo!!!!
Happy Cinco de Mayo!! In lieu of the holiday, Pepe and I went to get Govea's yesterday for dinner LOL! I had the carnitas burrito mmmm! That's just the tip of the iceberg, my weekend diet was really BAD, but what's new?
So I had my body assessment today... I'm 10lbs away from THE ultimate goal weight. LOL Judd totally changed my diet to help me get there by July for CrossFit Games, so I guess I gotta go grocery shopping today. I seriously was not happy with the diet plan he laid out, but I guess I'll do what it takes BLEH! Today is my last day of good food hahaha sorta. I will allow myself to cheat 20% of the time.
I forgot what today's workout was called, but I seriously could not breathe! We started off on the Concept Row machine for 500m. I set a new PR of 2:04.4. WOO HOO! Afterwards, I couldn't stop coughing!! Workout was max rounds in 20 minutes of 15 wall ball shots, 20 kettlebell high pulls and 5 burpees. I did 7 rounds. GAY
600am 1 cup Trader Joe's High Fiber cereal with nonfat milk
930am plain oatmeal and 2 egg whites
1045am I ate half of my turkey, cheese, lettuce, sprouts, sun dried tomato sammich before my loooooooong meeting
1230pm finished the other half of my sammich
I went grocery shopping to pick up some items they want me to start eating. We'll see how well I do in the next couple of months. BLEH
