6:40 - i caved and got a tall non-fat 1 pump sugar free vanilla latte. i had a handful of almonds, and half a multigran roll(350 calories)
10:10 - banana and a handful of raw almonds (180 calories)
11:00 - aaah im freakin' crazy. my workout today was torturious, but im glad i did it. i went on the elliptical for 30 minutes, then ran outside for 3 miles(SOOOOOO HOOOOT!!), then lifted for another 15 minutes.
1:15 - watermelon and salad
aah, the long weekend is over already. SIGH! i've learned that my stomach cannot handle a lot anymore, and i learned the hard way. last night, i had excruciating pains from eating pho and watermelon. i think it's probably from the pho noodles. anyways, i ate a lot this weekend, and didn't exercise as much as i wanted too. the bad was starbucks almost everyday, and ice cream(lots of it!). but now, it's back to healthy eating.
6:50 - 2 scramble eggs with kale and some pomegranate tea
10:30 - a handful of raw almonds and some strawberries and nectarines
11:40 - rushed home and made sure i ate my lunch. i had a louie shrimp salad from trader joe's
1:20 - munched on tamarind while driving to sonoma
5:00 - did 6 SELF strengthening exercises. it was way too hot to do the rest. this is why i need to workout in the morning!!
7:30 - had a kale salad(cranberries, carrots, and tomatoes)
yay, i made it to gold's. hahah, only because i had the day off, and all the guys at gold's knew it too.
6:30 - ran/walked for 45 minutes on the treadmill. then worked on triceps for another 25 minutes. let's hope sean doesn't diss out on running with me before we head to the city.
9:30 - made myself an omelet with 2 eggs and a touch of milk. i also had a tall 1 pump sugar free vanilla/non-fat caramel machiatto.
11:30 - went to lunch with sean and his coworker. we ate at thai orchid. we ordered the pad thai, spicy chicken fried rice, and thai basil chicken. i only ate the pad thai and fried rice. i haven't had thai food in a long time, so i was a newbie drinking my water after every sip. lol
and it'll be short one. my boss is taking our team to SeaBright for a late lunch. then i'm heading home. i was looking at the menu for seabright and aaah, it's going to be hard to eat healthy there. it's a brewery, so what should i expect right?! imma try to stay away from the fried food.
since today is literally my friday, i bought donuts for everyone. hopefully i won't be tempted to eat one, so i'm eating my breakfast now.
7:00 - caramel machiatto(non-fat, sugar-free, etc) and 2 hard boiled eggs
10:30 - munchin of veggies(carrots, celery, tomatoes, and cucumbers)
12:15 - a glazed donut(i know...super bad!)
2:00 - so we got to seabright brewery. i ordered the carribean chicken sandwich on whole wheat bun. i ate all of the chicken, and 1/4 of the bun. i also had a raspberry cider.
5:00 - munched on tamarind
7:00- a very small bowl of pho
6:00 - scrambled egg and a tall soy chai tea latte
9:30 - 1 boiled egg and half a banana
11:30 - did bike intervals for 35 minutes, then worked on back for 20 minutes
1:00 - 1 boiled egg, then about 30 minutes later i had my salad and watermelon
3:00 - a small handful of roasted almonds and cashews
6:00 - some tamarind and cantelope
7:00 - ran with sean for 3.8 miles
8:00 - brown rice turkey spaghetti. the brown rice spaghetti is so good! i'm glad i found something i liked!!!! way better than whole wheat spaghetti.
aah, i hate the fact that i'm flying out tonight. the next two weeks will definitely not be good for eating more "health conscience", because i will be traveling a lot, and won't have access to the good foods. when i come back, this is when i will be cleaning out my pantry. :-)
6:30 - banana and an egg white. i was suppose to eat the whole egg, but i'm was so used to just throwing out the egg yolk, that it comes natural to me now.
10:30 - gluten free cereal
11:30 - did uphill intervals for 30 minutes. worked on biceps and shoulders, then walked for another 30 minutes
1:15 - kale salad with tomatoes, cranberries, and pomegranate dressing. watermelon for dessert.
4:00 - tarmarind
6:30 - made steak salad for myself, and steak with red rice for tran. i had a couple bits of the red rice.
8:20 - 2 hard boiled eggs. i got lazy to make an omelet.
9:30 to 10:30 - went to starbucks and got a sugar free vanilla, non-fat caramel machiatto. before my nutrition class, i had a small snack..yogurt, cantelope, and strawberries
1:15 - spinach, romaine salad with kidney beans, eggs, celery, and corn. topped with olive oil and balsamic vinegerette. also had a small cup of veggie soup. the killer was 2 blueberry muffins(small ones)
6:00 - kimmie's bbq - 1 small piece of korean beef, two turkey sliders, some bbq rib-eyed beef, pita chips and dip. i think this meal was at least 600 calories.
6:30 - 1 hard-boiled egg
7:00 - ran for 35 minutes then did yoga for 90 minutes
10:30 - i had some tamarind, yogurt and cantelope, and one tbsp of my mom's soup that tran was eating
1:30 - went to an engagement party. let me sum up what i ate: pad thai, tocino, fried egg rolls(lumpia), flan, basil chicken, and some guava cake. i think i had like 8 small egg rolls, which is sorta overboard, but they were spread out between 1:30 and 10 pm. so i didn't totally stuff myself. NO ALCOHOL TOO....
6:10 - took linda's advice and made myself an spinach omelet. it was with one egg.
8:00 - last day for my nonfat sugar free caramel machiatto.
10:00 - puffins cereal(gluten-free)
1:00 - went to athena grill. i ordered an athena salad with chicken breast. salad contained romaine lettuce, tomatoes, some feta cheese, and cucumbers.
4:00 - munched on tamarind
7:00 - went to tran's parents house. had 1 cup of rice noodles with stir fried beef tomatoes and celery.
i woke up this morning, but my body felt really tired, so i decided to rest this morning. i should do some sort of cardio today.
6:00 - 1 hard-boiled egg and a banana. i also had coffee with nonfat milk
9:20 - another hard-boiled egg
11:30 - went to sweet tomatoes, and i was soooooooooooo GOOD! LOL. i had a spinach salad with kidney beans, garbanzo beans, corn, a little bit of beets, and some cucumbers. i topped it off with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. then i had a cup of vegetable soup. i didn't have bread, or the wonderful blueberry muffins. **SIGH**.
2:00 - Fuji apple
3:00 - strawberries and some tamarind
6:00 - i did 2 set of 8 SELF strengthening exercises. then sean and i ran the long route(close to 4 miles). it was a good workout
8:00 - i made chicken curry with spinach and carrots last night. the boys had it with rice, while i just wrapped the chicken in a brown rice tortilla. then i caved and had some of my grandma's dessert. it was definitely not gluten free(made of sweet rice), and definitely high in sugar. *SIGH*
